**M&I Broadcast Services is looking to hire a Sales Manager - EMEA to develop highly successful business relationships with new and existing clients within the Broadcast Industries Radio and TV. We provide mission-critical software solutions for Radio which includes Omniplayer Radio Automation Software, Powergold Music Scheduling, Nimbus Newsroom and more; solutions for TV include TV Logging and Monitoring, Media Asset Management and Nimbus Newsroom Automation**

**What your day will look like**:

- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients and new partnerships
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
- Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning
- Managing and training a business development team
- Collaborating with the design and professional service teams to ensure that the customer's technical requirements are met

**About You**:

- Atleast 5-years' experience working in a sales function within the Broadcast industry, with experience within Radio and TV essential
- Affinity with the media and broadcasting industry
- Extensive business development and sales experience with a strong sales record
- A proven ability to hit sales targets and bring in new business
- Experience within a relevant security or monitoring business sector will be advantageous
- Strong lead generation skills
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- The ability to sell ideas, products and services
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
- A strategic and creative mind
- Strong leadership qualities to lead a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client's requirements
- The ability to motivate themselves and others
- A solid understanding of business and marketing principles
- English languages skillset to a professional standard is essential, and speaking a European language is highly advantageous
- Legally authorized to work in Europe
