**Position**: As part of the International Department, within the International Training Department, in a context of business growth and transformation at GUERLAIN, you will be involved in: - Developing the expertise of training/retail teams, - Federating a vast multi-cultural international community, - Transmitting the values of our company and knowledge between generations, - Managing business performance. **Job responsibilities**: **As such, your missions are as follows**: **To develop expertise**: - Create "product" content: for each launch, develop an educational package conveying the storytelling & key selling points (ppt module, digital module, video learning). - Create "business" content: develop expertise modules to enhance the quality of sales ceremonies (ppt and digital module + collaboration with external partners or experts within the Guerlain House). - Create "product" and "business" content specific to mobile learning/Be Guerlain app, in an adapted & impactful way to complete the experience. In summary, the Global Education Assistant must be able to transform marketing content into educational support for the project's objectives, consistent with the image & positioning of the House, then adapted to the Retail & Education community (synthetic discourse, precise guidelines). **Federate the community**: - Participate in the organization of seminars & webinars bringing together all international Education teams. In short, the Global Education Assistant must help his or her managers to prepare and organize these events (participation in PowerPoint presentations, room set-up). **In addition**: - Writing "Education Mag" newsletters for the Retail community. - Monitoring an annual budget with her managers. - Follow-up with her managers on a retroplanning of deliverables. - A retail/field curiosity, with tours of points of sale (Guerlain & competitors) - Coordination of creations with agencies **Profile**: - End-of-study internship, Master 2 business school or university equivalent. - Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, team player. - Fluent English - Practice of tools such as Pack Office and Teach on Mars would be a plus. This contractual internship is available from July 2025, for a period of 6 months. Location - 1st arrondissement, Paris. **_GUERLAIN _** **MAISON***: - It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present. Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
