Become a vital member of GUERLAIN's International Education Department, a multicultural team within a rapidly growing and transforming International Department. This role is pivotal in:

  • Cultivating expertise within training and retail teams.
  • Unifying a diverse, multicultural international network.
  • Preserving company values and facilitating knowledge transfer across generations.
  • Contributing to business performance management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise Development:
  • Participate in designing and developing comprehensive "product" training materials for each launch (Skincare, Fragrance & Make-Up), encompassing compelling storytelling and key selling points (PowerPoint modules, digital modules, video learning).
  • Translate marketing content into effective educational resources, aligning with the brand's image and positioning, tailored for the Retail & Education community with clear, concise messaging and precise guidelines.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Assist in organizing international seminars and webinars for Education teams.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for international markets regarding education-related inquiries.
  • Maintain an active and engaged international training community through regular communications on our digital application.
  • Further Responsibilities:
  • Drafting "Education Mag" newsletters for the Retail community.
  • Assisting with annual budget monitoring.
  • Tracking deliverable timelines.
  • Conducting retail/field visits to Guerlain and competitor locations to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Coordinating creative projects with external agencies.
  • The International Training Assistant Project Manager will also support managers in event preparation and organization, including contributing to PowerPoint presentations and room setup.

Profile
Master's student (Master 2 or equivalent) in business or a related field, seeking an end-of-study internship. Dynamic, self-directed, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. Fluent in English & French Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Teach on Mars is a plus.
