**Your Role**:
We’re looking for someone passionate about design and architecture to create and improve our Electra stations. You’ll be responsible for making 2D/3D layouts, updating technical documentation, and working closely with the Brand and operations teams to adapt designs to local regulations. You’ll also lead our network of architects and use a design thinking approach to continuously evolve our standards

**‍️‍️ Your responsabilities**:** Design**
- Design the **layout of Electra stations** for each item and module (equipment sticking, road marking on Illustrator).
- Develop and optimize the **technical documentation for the Electra installation guide and its playbook**:

- Create specific renderings according to business or operational needs.
- Define the new design standard as well as the associated technical documentation (3D renderings, portfolio, technical descriptions, etc.).
- Ensure liaison with the **Brand** team for design validation.
- Maintain constant communication with local teams to ensure design adaptability to regulatory and operational specificities of each country

**Architecture**
- Coordinate the network of **archi champions**:

- Anticipate permit-related specificities and proactively collect field feedback.

**Team Interactions**
- Collaborate closely with operational, technical, project, country, and brand teams to ensure consistency and efficiency of proposed designs.

**Your Profile**:

- Proficiency in design layout (2D/3D) and design tools
- Strong attention to detail and technical optimization
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to lead a network of champions
- Analytical mindset and design thinking approach
- Knowledge of country-specific regulatory requirements (permits, architecture)
- Proactive in suggesting improvements to the Electra product
- Flexible, curious, and attentive
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with other departments
- Strong synthesis abilities
- Team player
- Self-motivated and versatile

**Software knowledge**:

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
- Twinmotion
- Artlantis

**Languages**:

- English and French - fluent, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- German would be a plus
