**Key responsibilities**:
- Responsible for prospecting, networking, and developing new business opportunities with Adtech Partners - including DSPs, SSPs, Media Owners & Broadcasters, Walled Gardens, Ad Networks, Natives and DOOH
- Employ a consultative approach to deeply understand clients’ needs and position NIQ solutions to solve their business challenges.
- Evangelize NIQ data assets with Platforms to drive pipeline on custom and syndicated audiences.
- Communicate effectively with clients both written and orally and provide excellent customer support.
- Generating sales leads and maintaining a pipeline of sales opportunities across a portfolio of clients consistent with NIQ’s growth strategy.
- Negotiate annual or multi-year contracts and ensure maximum renewal rate.
- Develop insightful presentations and educate clients on current NIQ capabilities and resources.
- Achieving sales quota consistent with NIQ margin goals and delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with internal Commercial and Product teams to ensure usage, client satisfaction, renewal, and growth which each account.
- Network within NIQ to unlock relationships to develop revenue.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales, working within the media agency, ad tech or data analytics space.
- Strong understanding of audience data and measurement solutions and media buying processes within media agencies.
- Deep understanding of the Adtech ecosystem, including the competitive landscape, data pricing and knowledge of growing an audience business
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue with large enterprise clients.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experienced in scoping and developing proposals and negotiation strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent sales pipeline management skills with a track record of predictability and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- BA with a concentration in Communications, Marketing or Media a plus.
- Senior Contacts in Adtech Platforms and Media Agencies
- Position focused on Adtech Platforms & Publishers to scale the European business
- Hybrid role (Flexible Office & Remote work)
- Full-time
- Travel: 25% (mostly Europe)
