Role and Responsabilities
You will be a central controller within the Finance team. Your perimeter will be the full scope of activities in the Business Line

You will be responsible for all aspects of central controlling, directly reporting to CFO and with a strong link with all Executive Committee members (mainly Sales SVP, Engineering SVP and COO). In this role you will be exposed to critical projects and seen as a vehicle for robust improvement

The position may include some integration work in the wake of the ongoing negotiations for the acquisition of Cobham Aerospace Communications by Thales

Responsabilites:

- Ensure controlling of the sales function, in strong link with the Sales SVP: customer pricing and escalation, bids & proposal controlling
- Structure and coordinate the yearly budget process of the Business Line (BL)
- Update the company 5-year plan every year and measure adherence to growth and profitability trajectory, in strong link with the central Demand & Supply Chain Director (under COO)
- Implement and maintain Business Intelligence tools (mainly based on PowerBI) at BL level, including (but not limited to): order book datalake, sales datalake, gross margin datalake
- Create and maintain management dashboard for top-management (for example: COO Operational dashboard)
- Maintain and control Business Line Transfer Pricing policy
- Contribute to special projects

Profile
Graduated from a Business School or Bac+5 University, you have a good experience in a financial controlling function.

You are able to build trusting relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

You are an established financial and IT toolbox (good knowledge of BI tools, especially PowerBI and Escel).

Experience in an industrial context is a must, preferably in aerospace, defense or automotive.

You are fluent in French and English.

Some international travels will occur.
