Our private client is seeking a Caregiver to look after a (mature) 90-year-old Lady, based in Beausoleil. Location: Beausoleil Schedule: Monday

The Opportunity A private household is seeking a, self-employed healthcare professional or entrepreneurial caregiver to provide one-to-one support for an elegant 89-year-old lady. As an independent contractor, you will take full ownership of the daily care plan, ensuring a seamless blend of clinical expertise and compassionate companionship. Core Responsibilities As a dedicated service provider, you will manage all aspects of the client’s well-being, including:
- Clinical Oversight: Monitoring vitals (BP checks 3x daily) and managing care for early-stage vascular dementia and arthritis.
- Personalised Care: Assisting with sophisticated grooming (hair, nails, makeup), dressing, and mobility with a focus on "moving and handling" best practices.
- Lifestyle Support: Serving meals, maintaining the immediate environment (room tidying), and fostering cognitive health through reading and board games.
- Advocacy: Protecting the client’s rights to independence, privacy, and dignity at all times. Professional Requirements
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a self-starter who maintains impeccable standards of hygiene and professionalism without supervision.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Nursing, Caregiving, or a relevant Nursing Assistant qualification.
- Experience: 2 years in a similar high-level private role
- Communication: Fluent English is required; French language skills are a significant advantage for navigating the local Monaco/Beausoleil area.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a gentle, patient temperament.
