**What's the scope?**:
**Accelerate Growth** - Identify high-impact opportunities across revenue funnels to optimize acquisition and retention.

**Make Data-Driven Decisions** - Prioritize marketing and growth initiatives based on real-time data insights.

**Collaborate & Drive Action** - Work cross-functionally to ensure insights turn into strategic initiatives.

**What You’ll Do**

**Drive our Lead pipeline through Data-driven Outbound**
- Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitive insights to drive targeted outbound strategies
- Work closely with our Sales & Growth teams to identify high-value accounts and support personalized outreach efforts

**Optimize Revenue Funnels**
- Spot drop-offs and pinpoint conversion blockers (e.g., sudden signup drop-offs from the App Store page).

**Prioritize High-Impact Initiatives**
- Use data to determine what matters right now (e.g., should we focus on outbound or paid ads this week?).

**Share Insights & Drive Execution**
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations that guide decision-making across the team.

**The job is made for you if...**:
**SQL and dbt are your best friends** - You’re fluent in writing and optimizing dbt models, leveraging Window functions, JOINs & CTEs to transform raw data into actionable insights.

**You don’t just pull data—you understand it** - You’re a strategic thinker who knows what to look for and why it matters.

**You communicate with clarity** - Short, sharp, and impact-driven insights are your specialty.

**You’re fast, strategic, and thrive in high-growth environments**- Decisive action and bold vision are in your DNA.

**Bonus: You’re hands-on with analytics engineering** - Experience with Dagster, Fivetran, or other data tools is a plus.

**Our Hiring Process**:
We believe in a structured, fair, and transparent hiring process. While the steps may vary by role, here’s what you can expect:
1. **Recruiter Screen (30 mins)**: A call with our Head of Talent to talk through your current/past experience and your motivations and Tell you more about Polar Analytics.

2. **Role Fit Interview (45 mins)**: Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.

3. **Competency Deep Dive (1 hour)**: This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Polar. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.

4. **Culture Interview (45 mins)**: A conversation with one of our Culture Champions. We assess your team fit based on our values (see below).
