Our purpose is to "nurture the human and pet relationship for a better life" with the goal of becoming the most trusted pet care services leader in Europe. **Your working environment** **Short contract (CDD 3 months)** based in the historic former Citroën garage in Lyon 7. **Ideally located** - tram stop just outside the building, metro stations nearby, and only a short walk from Place Bellecour. **Flexible remote work policy** - 2 to 3 days of remote work per week. **The role** As an Internal Communications & People Experience Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Comms & Change to design and deliver impactful communication initiatives and engaging employee experiences. Your role will be key in connecting our people to our vision, bringing our values to life, and supporting our transformation journey. **Vous aurez pour missions**: - Internal Communications - Manage and animate internal communication channels (Intranet, Microsoft Teams, Town Halls, etc.). - Ensure all messaging is clear, consistent, engaging, and aligned with our company culture and strategic goals. - Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness. 2.
