Within the headquarters of Nemera, the** Internal Communication Manager (F/M)** will be in charge of defining and executing a super engaging Nemera internal communication strategy in collaboration with the global HR and communications team and other key stakeholders to disseminate corporate information or messaging internally and externally to leverage Nemera’s vision, mission, and strategy.

You will play a key role in engaging employees and helping to motivate them to do their best for Nemera by keeping them informed of news and positive developments in the company and ensuring they stay in the loop during periods of change or crisis.

Strategy & Planning:

- Participate in building a very engaging global internal communications strategy including the deployment of the new Nemera EVP
- Define internal communications initiatives and topics (brand image, company news and initiatives,), establish internal communications network and define and develop communication channels with the objective of increasing employee engagement
- Contribute to the overall social media strategy and support digital transformation (website, events )
- Establish and continuously develop relationship and contacts with external press to maximize media coverage (online, print)
- Help with press releases when needed
- Accountable for consistency of brand identity
- Define and continuously develop communication guidelines, standards and tools and ensure consistency amongst internal stakeholders (including graphics, logos, presentation templates, exhibition standards, online standards,)
- Ensure visual identity consistency across the board

Communication Execution:

- Support to execute the communication plan created to build a stronger external employer brand image
- Establish a cross site communications network and regular exchange with relevant stakeholders within the organization to identify local content, co-create relevant content and publish via the defined internal & external media channels
- Co-ordinate and follow-up with this community regularly to add to the content strategy & global editorial calendar for global communications
- Participate in bringing forward topics around CSR, health & safety with collaboration with the ESG Director internally

**Required Profile**:
Knowledge, skills, experience:

- BA or master’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations, economics or other relevant fields.
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role.
- In tune with current media landscape and new and engaging ways of connecting with employees
- Proficiency in computer tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet/Website management
- Experience in media relations (TV, press, radio, authorities,), with a deep understanding of how to use external communications to enhance reputation.
- Proficiency in publishing tools such as Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Première),
- Knowledge of Wordpress and other CMS, SEO tools
- Fluent oral and written English and French a must. Native English is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, planning and project management capabilities.
