**Job Description Summary**: ENGLISH The Director - CIO Office is responsible for the operational and strategic management of IT Services and comprises financials, DT PMO, planning, governance, communications, and enterprise IT architecture functions for GE Offshore Wind. In addition, the Director - CIO Office with own the relationship with the central IT infrastructure and Information Security functions and ensure good delivery of services, while owning directly on-site support. FRANÇAIS Le/La Directeur/trice - Bureau CIO est responsable de la gestion opérationnelle et stratégique d’IT Services, et supervise les équipes Finance, PMO DT, Planification, Gouvernance, Communications et Architecture informatique d'entreprise pour GE Offshore Wind. En outre, le/la Directeur/trice - Bureau CIO est responsable des relations avec les équipes en charge de l'infrastructure informatique centrale et de la sécurité des informations, et veille au bon déroulement de la prestation de services, tout en étant directement responsable de l’assistance sur site. ENGLISH - Lead the Program Management Office (governance, processes, and tools) to ensure operational excellence in the DT team, optimized capital allocation, and quality assurance across domains - Lead the Vendor Management Office by supporting the operational teams into vendor engagement, PO creation and invoices dispute and working with sourcing to improve supplier relationship management & performance management - Manage the level of service of the DT infrastructure and information security teams, while maintaining strong cost control. - Attract, lead, and grow talent to support the operations and growth of GE Offshore Wind **Basic Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) - A minimum of 10 years of IT program and product management experience in various IT functions - Significant experience in IT infrastructure and/or cyber-security - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem resolution skills **Eligibility Requirements: (Country Specific)** - Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time? **Desired Characteristics**: - **Technical Expertise**: - Broad technical IT skills, including in infrastructure (network, hosting) and cyber-security. - IT program management and product management skills, including agile development - Enterprise architecture understanding - Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternative technologies and approaches to solving problems - Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts **Leadership**: - Influences through others; builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas. FRANÇAIS Descriptif du poste - Diriger le Bureau de gestion des programmes (gouvernance, processus et outils) de manière à garantir l'excellence opérationnelle de l'équipe DT, l’optimisation de l'allocation des capitaux et l'assurance qualité dans tous les domaines - Diriger le Bureau de gestion des fournisseurs avec pour mission d’aider les équipes opérationnelles concernant l'engagement des fournisseurs, la création des bons de commande et les litiges au sujet des factures, et travailler avec l’équipe en charge des achats pour améliorer la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs et la gestion des performances - Gérer le niveau de service des équipes en charge de l'infrastructure et de la sécurité des informations de DT, tout en contrôlant rigoureusement les coûts - Recruter des collaborateurs talentueux, les diriger et développer leurs compétences afin de soutenir les opérations de GE Offshore Wind et de contribuer à sa croissance **Qualifications de base**: - BAC+3 en gestion d’entreprise, en informatique, ou en sciences, technologie, ingénierie et mathématiques - Au moins 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de programmes et de produits informatiques dans divers services informatiques - Expérience significative dans le domaine de l'infrastructure informatiqu
