YOUR ROLE ?
The integration of CSR within CEVA requires that this strategic topic be understood and integrated in a pragmatic way by all of the Group's employees and business lines. One key aspect is this can only be achieved by having CSR referents dedicated to it as close as possible to local teams in order to: - Understand the CSR challenges specific to them - Take into account local CSR maturity levels - Support local sales with local customer requests - Advise marketing on the development of sustainable offers relevant for the local customers - Contribute to the upskilling of local sales & operations on Sustainable Transport & Logistics - Contribute to local internal & external communication on Sustainable Transport & Logistics
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Cover a portfolio of local customers for CSR requests
Collaborate with EU CSR head and the other EU project managers Sustainable Transport, to align regional Sustainable Transport objectives & approach with Group objectives & approach
- Scope 3 decarbonization roadmap
- Customer engagement on sustainable transport & logistics
- Sales & Operations upskilling

Collaborate with all regional functional stakeholders such as sales & operations, as well as all the CEVA products (CL, FVL, G&R, A&O, PL, CLL) to ensure efficient deployment of the regional CSR Sustainable Transport objectives & approach
Be the CSR referent for sales and operations on the portfolio of local customers
- Present Group CSR policy and sustainable offerings at dedicated customer meetings or workshops
- Support responses to the CSR sections of Requests For Information (RFIs)
- Support responses to Requests for Quotation (RFQ) & Tenders on low-carbon transport alternatives
- Coordinate the production of CO2 dashboards for customers
- Contribute to the definition of sustainable transport & logistics plans, simulation and implementation
- Support the CSR section in reviews with customers (quarterly, annual)

Support the regional customer community engagement on CSR and the Group CSR offering visibility
- Impulse the organization of customers CSR workshops, webinars and events
- Participate to fairs to showcase the CSR offering
- Support external communication related to the CSR offering (social media posts, press releases)

Support the development of the Sustainable Transport & Logistics offering
- Monitor market practices in terms of sustainable transport & logistics solutions and propose new approaches
- Support the development of sustainable transport & logistics offering (global &/or local)
- Support the development of the associated sales tools and the deployment of the offering
- Report on Sustainable Transport & Logistics regional customer leads & realizations
- Feed the database of “Reference Cases” with regional success stories

Support training on sustainable transport & logistics for regional Sales, Operations and Customers
Back-up each-other with the other EU CSR Project Managers Sustainable Transport during Paid-Time-Of
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, environmental sciences, environmental management, engineering or sustainability
- Experience 5 or more years
- Experience in transport & logistics and in managing projects & working cross functionally
- Ability to manage spreadsheets, analyze data and to prepare impactful presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, inluence and assist in achieving objectives
- Fluency in English with ability to communicate clearly with individuals where English is a second language
