**Le poste**:
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, Un/Une Ingénieur Projets sur le site de Mâcon.

Vos missions:

- Planning / Statuts FSR : Support Admin:
Contrôle et validation TERs sur Service Board pour la bonne tenue de l'UR

Contrôle écarts statuts mensuels + analyse et plan d'actions associé
- Qualité : Support Admin + Champion bFO I2P

Pilotage backlog CASES (Insatisfaction / Demande de dépannage clients)

Pilotage backlog CRs

1ère analyses alertes Medallia

Support CS AURA pour métrologie

Suivi et appro outillage et EPI équipe
- Business / Management : Support Admin

Suivi et animation FSR Lead (Opportunité de business remontées par les techniciens)

Support MRR animation équipe / suivi Sales

Préparation des supports SIM1 FSR et SIM1 PM, interventions ponctuelles
- Data Quality : Support Admin

SAP & Pointages PM

bFS (indicateurs de perf PM et FSR)

FACToTOP - pas de retard backlog (analyse du portefeuille de facturation et des affaires en retard)

Pilotage CNQ équipe PM (Coûts Non Qualité)
- Nucléaire : Support Admin NUC

Bilan annuel Prime IPS

Aide à la rédaction de procédures dans le cadre du projet ISO-19443

Aide Exécution projets (de manière ponctuelle)

Supports aux PM le nécessitant (Enregistrement affaires, préparation des appros, de la planififcation)

**Profil recherché**:
Compétences attendues:

- Nous recherchons un/une collaborateur doté d'un très bon relationnel. Une bonne communication et le travail en équipe est apprécié.
- L'anglais professionnel peut être un plus
- Au minimum une 1er expérience (alternance comprise)
