**Your work environment**:
**Within the Group, you will join the Group Ceded Re department** which oversees AXA Group** Reinsurance**.

Within this Department, **you will be part of the Actuarial Reserving team**. The Actuarial Reserving team within Group Ceded Re estimates and manages the actuarial reserves related to the reinsurance risks assumed and retroceded through AXA SA, the holding of AXA Group, and ensures the compliance with valuation principles in French Gaap, IFRS and Solvency II, and with regulatory requirements in that matter. Actuarial reserves must be estimated as accurately as possible based on information on claims, and in particular their development between various phases: occurrence, declaration, payments, and closure.

**Your job and daily missions**:
You will help the Actuarial Reserving team in various missions, namely the actuarial reserves review twice a year of P&C and Life reinsurance lines of business. You will exchange with different stakeholders to ensure the consistency of the data used, in particular with technical accounting and claims teams within Group Ceded Re. You will communicate your actuarial estimates to AXA SA Finance for their financial reporting, and to AXA SA Risk Management team in charge of the 2nd opinion on the reserves.

You will contribute to the control of AXA SA’s actuarial processes and the analysis on AXA SA’s reserves adequacy for AXA SA’s yearly actuarial report. You may also contribute to the reporting of technical provisions (Solvency II QRT) and help answering questions from internal or external auditors on AXA SA’s actuarial reserves. You will contribute to developing new reserving and projections models to improve the assessment of AXA SA’s actuarial reserves, in particular with respect to NATCAT claims. You will also be involved in the development of actuarial tools (R/Shiny).

**Votre profil**:
You have a master degree in actuarial science recognized by the Institut des Actuaires, and you had a first experience in actuarial reserving or in reinsurance (internship or work-study program). You are comfortable with numbers, you are meticulous, reliable, and you communicate information in clear, concise, and understandable way. You have good interpersonal skills, and you easily interact with others to seek or give relevant information. You are fluent in English and French.
