**The Mission**

You will report to the Reserving squad of the Wakam Underwriting Office, whose main tasks are to:

- Carry out technical/actuarial analyses to improve the robustness of quarterly reserving evaluations
- Prepare, analyse and check Best Estimate calculations for the economic balance sheet and Solvency 2 reporting purposes
- Participate in monthly monitoring of technical indicators (frequencies, average costs, IBNR consumption rates, etc.)
- Help improve provisioning processes and tools
- Validate the quality of the data used for calculations

**✯** The Profile we are looking at**:

- 5 years' higher education: Actuary, Mathematics, Statistics or Econometrics
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in non-life insurance reserving is required
- Proficiency in SAS, R and SQL query and modeling languages
- Fluency in English

**Your working mindset**:

- Ability to analyse and synthetise
- Good interpersonal skills for teamwork, but also autonomous and able to work independently
- Be methodical, rigorous and articulate when presenting results
