As an operations data analyst, your role will be to empower the entire operations team (logistics + customer service) by providing data assistance.

Our team all have basic SQL knowledge but you will allow for in depth analysis for them to make the right decisions. You will also create and maintain the various dashboards used across the company that tackle KPIs followed by the logistics and customer service teams.

You will report to the Internal Operations Manager who centralizes the technical side of the Operations team.

**Main Responsibilities**
- ** Data analysis**: On a day to day SQL (Big query) will be the main working tool.
- ** Data visualization**: Using Sigma to provide easy to access information.
- ** Internal automation**: Create new automations for business facing teams. Monitor the daily functionality of departmental tools to ensure they are operating effectively.
- ** Bug hunting**: When there are issues in the data - you follow the trail until either a solution is found, or the issue is passed to analytics engineers or the tech team.

**Requirements**:

- Masters degree or equivalent
- Great Data Analysis skills (Big Query SQL + Sigma (data visualization))
- An interest in Operations, ideally basic knowledge in logistics / transportation
- Good Communication/Collaboration
- Working and practical Python knowledge
- A “can-do” mindset
- Knowledge of PHP (specifically Laravel and Backpack) is a plus
- Knowledge of ERPs and Logistics is a plus
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
