**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

To act as a leader for Continuous Improvement (CI) in our Monteleger warehouse in a data-driven environment. The role will lead rolling out Newell Brands’ internal proprietary CI program (called PEAK), working closely together with our teams on the shop floor as well as the administration team. An integral part of the role will be to champion the usage of our Labor Management System (through Manhattan PkMS) within the facility to generate the necessary insights that will lead to efficiency improvements. This role reports to Monteleger DC Senior Manager and will have strong linkage with Newell’s CI teams across EMEA.

**Essential Functions**
- Leads the roll-out of Newell’s proprietary CI program called PEAK
- Works with the local team to establish goals, priorities and develop the action plans for achieving goals
- Champion the usage of our Labour Management System (LMS) in Monteleger, including reporting, loss analysis and improvements ideas.
- Have key responsibility for the site’s reporting processes associated with KPIs, measures and analysis, using the various data sources available in SAP, PkMS, LMS, Bex and other systems
- System support - supporting the resolution of technical issues encountered by the Monteleger team
- Process and Procedure support within warehouse function and use knowledge of the systems to help drive more efficient use of the tools available. Including training and the production of training materials as and when required.
- Establishes a regular cadence for product slotting within the warehouse and SKU's ABC updates

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years direct experience with warehouse processes and a developed WM system (ideally Manhattan PkMS)
- Advanced knowledge of reporting
- Previous team management experience preferred
- Sound Educational Level to at least Secondary School Level, Ideally further educational level
- Fluent in French and English
- Knowledge and work experience with SAP is an advantage
