Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible mainly for international shipments organization on a project level. The main interface between client, suppliers, freight forwarders and client´s sites at the destination. Central communication bond between transportation needs and realization.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Transport & logistics management degree is a plus
- English and French actively
- 1-3 years international & multimode transportation, commercial experience preferred
- Scheduling and critical path management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multitask, flexibility, integrity
- Stress resistant
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving, planning and organizational skills
- Project management
- Excellent customer service

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize shipments from Client´s suppliers worldwide to Client sites worldwide
- Creation of shipping documentation
- Coordinate collection, shipment and delivery of the cargoes with all involved parties (suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, client´s sites etc.)
- Enter the shipping information into the Client´s OTM system and keep it updated
- Track shipments daily and anticipate problems
- Attend internal and external meetings
- Work in accordance with Client´s systems and processes
