Within ENGIE Impact, the Advanced Analytics team are 70 experts located in 3 countries and offer a broad range of Advanced Analytics expertise (Operation Research (model-based optimization), Machine Learning (data-based optimization, artificial intelligence), and Data Visualization).

Advanced Analytics focuses on economic optimization, aiming at providing a direct impact on clients financial bottom line.

**Senior Manager**

To support the expansion of ENGIE Impact in the EMEAI region, and bring the highest standard of consulting services to ENGIE Impact’s clients, we are looking for the following profile (based in Paris (France)):
As a Senior Manager, you will be working across all levels of Engie clients and Impact organisation with responsibility for managing complex projects, originating new business, bringing differentiated ideas, developing new offers and bringing value to the client.

You will be more particularly in charge of:
**Team management**
- Undertake day to day people management for our team based in Paris
- Manage Analysts and Consultants and contribute to their skills development through coaching, mentoring and feedback.
- Seek ways to share your knowledge to accelerate the team members’ learning.
- Contribute to the well-being of a high performing team.
- Contribute to the improvement & change management efforts of the Advanced Analytics organization.

**B**usiness development**
- Promote Advanced Analytics & Engie Impact through online/onsite presentations and by building and developing a strong network within Engie and initiating business development contacts.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Engie client’s needs to identify new opportunities for Advanced Analytics.
- Originate business, bring value to proposals, align product/offering strategy with the Advanced Analytics & Engie Impact competences ensuring profitability and competitivity of our offers.
- Support the creation of offers towards existing and new clients.
- Convince and close deals with key Engie stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with Engie Group capacity to offer new and innovative services to the clients.
- Support the creation of marketing content & campaigns for Advanced Analytics.

**Project management**
- Oversee the delivery of an entire project, coordinating all project streams and stakeholders (Engie Impact, Engie entities,), with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural dimensions.
- Identify other opportunities for Engie Impact and Advanced Analytics along the project delivery path.
- Ensure project delivery on time, on budget and with the expected quality
- Manage project staffing needs & requirements.
- Be accountable for project financials.

- You have a master’s degree from a high-ranked Engineering School and/or Business school.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in Business/Engineering/IT related projects.
- Experience in mathematical engineering is a plus
- Experience in consulting, advisory and sustainability is a plus.
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You have strong Strategic Advisory skills: ability to synthesize a complex matter and to assertively present analyses to senior executives.
