You join the Global Trade team as Head of Sales France. In this team you ensure the development of trade finance and working capital solutions (guarantees, documentary credits, supply chain finance, structured export solutions, etc.) in all their components, With corporate customers in France as well as customers in Europe.

On a daily basis, your mission is to:

- Manage a sales team in Paris and coordinate the EMEA platforms (i.e. Milan, Madrid, London, Frankfurt) ;
- Develop business trade finance with a medium
- and long-term vision, consistent with the objectives of the business line;
- Work closely with Coverage;
- Define the business strategy and also participate in the development of new customers.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description you are made to work with us

You have at least 10 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in Trade and Export Finance would be a plus.

You are familiar with:

- The commercial approach to corporate clients in France and abroad;
- Trade Finance banking products (guarantees, supply chain solutions, documentary credits, Export Finance, etc.) and structured finance solutions;
- Risk analysis;
- Issues related to international trade;
- Ability to manage a team.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Strong commercial and customer-oriented
- Known for your teamwork and ability to adapt
- Dynamic and proactive.

You master English with a C1 level.
