**YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU**
Drive growth and market penetration in the UK and Scandinavian markets by developing and executing strategic business plans aligned with our brand strategy. Identify new opportunities and optimize inventory management to maximize profitability. Lead OTB negotiations and collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility. Manage department store partnerships, oversee a team of direct reports and agency relationships, and execute key initiatives to elevate our presence in key accounts.
**Responsibilities ahead of you**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with the brand strategy to drive growth and market penetration in Northern Europe, specifically targeting the UK and Scandinavian markets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and product opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
- Monitor sell-in performance, sell-out, and devise action plans to enhance sell-through rates, optimizing inventory management and maximizing profitability.
- Lead OTB negotiations and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize brand visibility and promotional activities.
- Oversee department store partnerships by monitoring KPIs such as sales performance and implementing strategic action plans to drive results.
- Manage a team of two direct reports and two agency relationships, providing leadership, guidance, and performance management.
- Execute the elevation strategy to grow business and visibility with key accounts, focusing on shop-in-shop and corner presence performance.
- Drive growth in the Shoes & Bags categories through targeted initiatives and product expansions.
- Regularly monitor sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis, including reorders and swaps, ensuring timely delivery and payment follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
- Develop seasonal budgets for sell-in, permanent, exclusives, and capsules, ensuring alignment with financial targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate wholesale activations in collaboration with the marketing and visual merchandising teams to increase brand visibility through store visits, pop-ups, and events.
- Manage showroom operations, with a focus on key accounts, conducting OTB discussions/negotiations and providing collection feedback to improve sell-through and performance. Ensure all tasks are effectively managed for the entire Northern Europe region, closely monitoring team and agency performance to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.
**MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of proven track record of success in wholesale operations, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry, with experience in Northern Europe markets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and agency relationships.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with sales reporting and inventory management systems (Joor). Fluent in English; additional language proficiency in Scandinavian languages is a plus.
