Service Contract Engineer

**The Service department, in charge of commercial management (contract negotiation, invoicing) and the preventive and curative maintenance of Vestas turbines installed in France, is looking for a Service Contract Engineer who will work within the CustoZmer Support unit and organize a portfolio of clients under contract and to ensure coordination between the Sales and Maintenance teams, with the main goal of ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.** **Responsibilities** You will have the following responsibilities: - Develop the customers portfolio while developing relationships by actively participating in customer satisfaction. - Promote and sells parts and services required for maintenance. - Build and promote offers to optimize the financial performance of maintenance contracts. - Ensure inter-department coordination within the Vestas Group to resolve customer issues. - Participate in the interaction between the maintenance, logistics, technology, construction department and sales operations teams. - Ensure the financial monitoring of contracts in relation to our administrative and financial support department. - Application, follow-up and respect QSE rules of the Group. **Qualifications** - Industrial Engineer Diploma or Business School. - Will be required to demonstrate commercial/sales management and good commercials skills. - Proficient in French and English and Pack Office. - Experience in wind/renewable energy desired and / or in accounts receivable management Work experience in a multinational environment is highly appreciated. **Competencies** - We are looking for a person who is involved, knows how to take initiatives, supervise several files at once, and above all who likes to work as a team.
