ITER is a unique, first of a kind project that aims to demonstrate the technical and scientific feasibility of fusion energy.

Jacobs one of three partners making up the Consortium MOMENTUM (construction management-as-agent contractor) is project managing the construction and assembly of more than one million components in world’s largest fusion reactor.

As construction management-as-agent contractor, MOMENTUM is managing the construction and assembly of the first full-scale test reactor to include balance of plant and the Tokomak itself. Jacobs is recruiting for a **Senior **Contra**ct Administrator (F/H)** with **at least 15 years of experience** to work on the ITER Project near Aix-en-Provence, France.

He/She will be responsible for:

- Strategy & Vision
- Implements the CMA strategy for Contracts Management, compliant with overall project objectives
- Project Execution
- Promotes Health & Safety in his Team and through the Contractual obligations for contractors
- Second the Project Delivery Manager in the management of the CMA team
- Monitors cost management process to document contracts budget
- Contributes to maintain CMA KPIs associated with project delivery
- Decides and acts according to his FIDIC Engineer sub-delegation
- Is responsible of the project risks register
- Administrate the Contracts he is in charge, by preparing contractual answers and instruction in due time
- Follow up Stakeholder actions and escalate any deviation with Contract processes

- Construction Contractor Contract managers
- Momentum Team
- Oversight & Risk
- Review and input to Contractual Risks Management for project work scope
- Ensure Works Contractors are reporting risk within their ownership
- Escalation of key risks to PDM and IO CRO’s
- Governance & Procedures
- Ensure the compliance to defined reporting, guidelines, processes and systems
- Contribution to reporting to PDM
- Informs on progress of support to IO contracting team
- participates and prepares CTTC weekly

**Here’s What You’ll Need**: Specific skills**:

- Senior experience in EPC contract management
- Experience of large-scale EPC projects
- Ability to adapt to complex international project with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of FIDIC conditions
- Nuclear experience advantage

**General skills**:

- Sound understanding of contractual processes
- Ability to work as a member of a high-performance team
- Good relationship, able to act in a complex political environment
- Ability to propose effective decisions on critical issues
- Project management experience
- Charism and leadership skills to coordinate lot of stakeholders and align them with shared objectives
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
