**Head of Systems, Process, Compliance - France**

- Reports hierarchically to the Network Coordinator SPC, but also functionally to HubCoordinator AM Méditerranée & AM France

Position can be based in Dunkerque or Fos-sur-Mer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up the strategy for SPC activities in France perimeter
- Control and ensure strict follow up on:

- Sox and Internal Audit
- Effective documentation and implementation of Business/IT processes
- Quality (ISO) processes
- Trainings on IT/Compliance for users
- Implementation of DigiPACE
- Vendor Management Process
- Develop multi-skilling employees to ensure the service needed
- Key contact for local Buyers, Lead Buyers and Global categories Coordination
- Lead changes of processes and IT tools at France level and propose improvement for all EPO Manage a team of 4 persons located in ArcelorMittal France and ArcelorMittal Méditerranée.

**What we are looking for**:

- Master’s degree in engineering, management, IT, Quality or equivalent
- Technical or Operational engineer/Finance or Audit background.
- Previous experience in SAP MM, familiarity with purchasing processes is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, synthesis, efficiency and analysis; reliability, autonomy, flexibility to address to central SPC and customers’ needs and priorities
- Knowledge of SAP and other IT tools used to manage purchasing processes.
- “system oriented” mindset, knowledge of Quality Security Environment certification process (ISO, etc.).
- Experience on managing multi-sites environment
- Ability to manage a team and effectively plan objectives.
- Good written communication skills, knowledge
- English and French are mandatory.
