**Description de la fonction**

Conjointement avec le Project Manager, en tant que Project Engineer, vous travaillez sur différents projets de construction et plus particulièrement d’aménagement en second oeuvre, pour des clients comme Rituals et Basic Fit. Vous êtes impliqué(e) dans ce processus de A à Z, de la conception à la réception du projet. Ensemble, vous veillez à ce que le processus de construction soit mené à bien. Vous travaillez essentiellement depuis nos bureaux à Paris.

Vos tâches en tant que Project Engineer:

- Élaboration des plannings, budgets et devis
- Élaboration et maintien à jour d’un référentiel prix interne
- Organisation de la disponibilité de tous les matériaux et services nécessaires
- Maintien du contact avec les sous-traitants, le donneur d’ordre et le Project Manager
- Supervision lors de l'avancement du projet
- Respect des exigences du client mais aussi partage de vos connaissances et compétences pour s’adapter aux demandes hors cadre
- Intégration de tous ces éléments dans le système BouwWorks

**Qu’attendons-nous de vous en tant que Project Engineer ?**

En tant que Project Engineer, la technique et l’ingénierie de la construction coulent dans vos veines. Comme vous êtes le bras droit du Project Manager et que vous avez de nombreux contacts avec les sous-traitants, il est important que vous possédiez un bon esprit de coopération. Vous pouvez passer rapidement d'une activité à l'autre et êtes orienté(e) solutions. Par ailleurs, vous avez:

- Une formation complète en ingénierie de la construction ou technique
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire
- Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Maitrise logiciel microsoft project, connaissance autocad
