**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive OPS Manager to oversee our ATO operations in Montpellier. This role is vital in ensuring our training programs meet regulatory standards and are delivered efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate weekly and monthly training schedules to optimize instructor availability and resources.
- Collaborate with the Head of Training to identify and anticipate needs for aircraft and simulators.
- Monitor training performance and analyze data to drive improvements in student outcomes.
- Ensure accurate tracking of training hours for payroll and operational reporting.
- Foster strong communication with instructors and support staff to maintain high standards of training.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience in operations management, preferably within an ATO or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and training standards.
- Flight dispatcher training or experience in planning and management preferred.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools; knowledge of Flight Logger systems is a plus.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
