**Vos missions**:
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités Digital Engineering, nous renforçons notre équipe Delivery et recrutons un Project Manager chargé.e de piloter des projets à engagement forfaitaire.
En qualité de Project Manager et sous la direction du Delivery Head, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel au sein de l’organisation Delivery de nos activités auprès de nos clients, visant à être un véritable partenaire dans ses transformations digitales et accélération de leur croissance.
Clé de voûte de l’accompagnement de nos interlocuteurs clients et de la gestion opérationnelle et fonctionnelle de nos équipes consultantes, vous aurez notamment pour mission de:
- Être le point de contact principal de nos interlocuteurs clients et de l’équipe coordinatrice de nos projets à engagement sur un périmètre d’activité défini ;
- Porter la responsabilité de la bonne exécution et de la performance de nos services de prestations en Digital Engineering : assurer la bonne satisfaction client (coût, qualité, délais) ;
- Répondre à nos engagements et construire une relation de confiance avec nos partenaires et clients industriels ;
- Elaborer les roadmaps de transformation et d’industrialisation de nos services en adéquation avec les attentes de notre client,
- Être garant des engagements mutuels entre Capgemini Engineering et ses clients : contract management, identification et maîtrise des risques projets ;
- Contribuer aux phases de Réponse à Appel d’offres sur le périmètre d’activité confié ;
- Assurez la capitalisation de nos savoir-faire et compétences sur les projets réalisés.

**Votre profil**:
- De formation supérieure (Bac + 3/5), vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de minimum 15 ans de Chef de projet dans un environnement complexe similaire, dans un contexte industriel ou idéalement d'ESN, sur des projets au forfait ou en centre de services.
- Vous avez déjà piloté des équipes, de manière hiérarchique ou fonctionnelle, d’au moins 30 personnes, sur le territoire national et en offshore (capacité à s’interfacer multi-pays).
- Vous maîtrisez le pilotage de budget de plusieurs millions d’euros.
- La connaissance d’environnement digitaux et industriels est indispensable.
- Vous avez un niveau d’anglais technique et courant.
- Vous disposez des soft skills suivantes : Communication (communication orale, écrite et non-verbale, écoute active), Compétences interpersonnelles (travail en équipe, coordination, gestion de conflit, fiabilité, flexibilité), Leadership (responsabilité, prise de décision, négociation, intelligence émotionnelle...), Compétences intrapersonnelles (attitude positive, éthique, gestion du temps, gestion du stress, confiance en soi, résilience).
