We are looking for an EMEA payroll manager to join our Accounting department. You'll be responsible for directing all aspects of payroll operations, which include overseeing company payments, reviewing payroll changes, and compiling payroll summaries for management review.

To ensure success as a payroll manager, you should be able to establish trustful relationships and ensure a continuous collaboration with the accounting and people teams. Ultimately, you should possess excellent managerial skills and the ability to supervise and control your team’s work on payroll procedures.

**Payroll Manager Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the payroll process, such as approving transactions and reviewing exemptions.
- Audit payroll transactions to ensure that accounts, payment dates, and taxes are accurate and up to date.
- Create monthly and annual payroll reports for management review.
- Ensure all payroll systems comply with local labor laws and tax regulations at all time.
- Assess gaps in our payroll processes and accordingly design and implement the appropriate controls
- Streamline and document payroll procedures.
- Maintain accurate and scalable payroll systems.
- Report any payroll issues to management.
- Answer any payroll-related queries from employees.
- Managing a team of employees to ensure excellence and flawless payroll processes in EMEA.
- Work with the accounting department on auditors’ requests.

**Payroll Manager Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, human resource management, or a similar field.
- At least 10 ten years' experience as a payroll manager in a dynamic and growing company.
- Expertise in French payroll
- Knowledge in managing other countries' payroll.
- Excellent knowledge into payroll systems.
- Deep knowledge in labor legislation and local tax laws at least in France (other countries is a plus)
- The ability to ethically work with employee-sensitive information.
- Solid knowledge of data entry management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
