Your impact

As a Payroll Specialist within the HR Shared Services Team EMEA, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payrolls across Romania, France, and other EMEA regions. You'll collaborate with internal HR and benefits teams, as well as external vendors, to support payroll operations, streamline processes, and contribute to a seamless employee experience.

What you need to succeed

  • Multiple years experience processing payroll for Romania and France is a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Fluent French is a must, other European languages are a plus
