**We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team at Meyzieu. You will be based on site, providing full support both remotely and face to face.**

**Job Summary**:
The End User Support Services Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to end users within the Vantive organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, software license management, cert management, managing user accounts, Data Backup and ensuring a high level of customer service.

**Key duties will include**:

- Ensure the thorough documentation of all IT-tickets with detailed resolutions or workarounds, and research comprehensive solutions for recurring problems
- Support of the IT-infrastructure (Windows environment, AD-group structure, virtualization VMWare and Storage) together with a team of local and international colleagues
- Perform regular Proactive IT Support Walkthroughs to actively engage with users, identify potential IT issues, and provide immediate troubleshooting, enhancing overall user satisfaction with IT services
- Develop and maintain Knowledge-based articles for complex issues and user-related troubleshooting
- Oversee the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of all command-provided hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals for end-users
- Support production systems with the help of vendors, work with local management on IT budget, IT procurement / purchases, IT Audits
- IT Induction for new joiners & ensure IT assets availability on joining date. IT assets recovery from exiting employees
- Contribute to the development and refinement of technology guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Support and engage with the customer support frequently to provide status on specific ticket escalations, updates on Special Projects and meet any ad hoc user requests
- Attend meetings to provide Key Stakeholders project updates, ticket updates, issues and concerns
- Collaborate with other organizational entities and external vendors to solve issues on the user’s behalf

**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent degree with relative experience required, including 3+ years in an IT Support System
- Knowledge in Windows Server 2019/2021/2025 and Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Knowledge in databases (SQL, Oracle) is an advantage
- Experience in cloud infrastructures (AWS and Azure)
- ** Excellent communication skills in French and English essential**:

- Ability to work independently, under mínimal direct supervision
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Creativity in addressing technical challenges
