We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team.
**Join a dynamic team**: Becoming part of our digital department means joining a dynamic and multicultural team that drives innovative, high-impact projects for our organization and clients worldwide.
**Your main missions**: Define target processes in collaboration with users. Assess and define user needs, write user stories, and design appropriate solutions. Lead project follow-up meetings and committees (workshops, project committees, steering committees). Scope releases and manage priorities. Monitor project progress: planning, milestones, action plans, team capacity, and deadlines. Identify and escalate project risks when necessary. Oversee the testing phases. Manage change: conduct training, create user guides, and communicate updates. Ensure smooth production deployment: identify activities in advance, define deployment strategies, and organize knowledge transfer to support/maintenance teams.
**Your strengths for success**: Training and experience: You hold a degree from an engineering or business school and have at least 10 years of experience in managing digital projects (ideally in Finance or O2C domains). Personal qualities: You demonstrate rigor, a strong team spirit, autonomy, as well as analytical and synthesis skills. Language skills: You have good proficiency in English, allowing you to communicate effectively with our clients, our teams and our international network. You are proficient in computer tools and you have good writing and interpersonal skills.
