- You will be part of the GRID France Project team. Our team enable the company in its ability to plan and execute Land High Voltage Frame Projects with the right level of “Quality, Heath, Safety, Environment and Risk” (QHSER). The workplace is in Courveboie La Defense (France) and you will be reporting to the Head of Projects Execution Grid France.**GETTING A FLYING START**
- To succeed in the GRID France Project team, you have experience in Project Management and methods. You have worked in companies that are project driven, and have activities related to manage QHSER aspects in projects. You have experience working domestically or internationally. You are comfortable being a manager by ensuring quality and safety in the projects. Passion for QHSER is the major key to succeed in this role as training and guidance will be given on the specific tasks. You are comfortable being a manager by ensuring quality and safety in the projects.**HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT**
- You will work in a project team as a Project QHSER Manager and facilitate all aspects of QHSER in projects during Tender phase and from project Start-up to Close-Out as required. Typical disciplines in Frame projects; cable manufacturing, project management and land installation. As QHSER manager you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating QHSER activities in projects; ensure high focus on Nexans QHSER objectives, facilitating risk assessments and follow-up of mitigation actions to ensure the highest standard of safety. Work tasks includes typically; manage QHSER plans, project reporting, NCR management, external/internal audits, risk management, change management, knowledge management, follow-up of suppliers, subcontractors, installation sites. And by that, manage and assure that Nexans QHSER system and Client’s requirements and expectations are met.**YOUR STARTING POINT**
- University degree MSc or similar.
- Min 3 years’ experience as QA, HSE and/or Risk Manager, in manufacturing, project management or installation.
- Knowledge of industrial processes - as cable manufacturing, relevant industry and land installation works will be a plus.
- APQP Experience.

- Fluent in French and English, - oral and written.
