**THE ROLE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assistance et accueil des clients, suivi et résolution de problèmes spécifiques rencontrés par les clients (litiges, questions )
- Tenue de la caisse lors des ouvertures au public, Encaissement des paiements en cartes bleues ou en espèces des lots achetés ou tout autre frais dû.
- Emission des documents destinés aux clients (factures d'achat, bordereaux de retrait, documents de douanes Pablo, décharges )
- Relâche des lots (achats et invendus) et vérification de l'envoi de la bonne documentation douanière en vigueur (lots en AT, Cites, CBC, licences )
- Validation des devis de transport et encaissement des frais de transport en vue des relâches aux transporteurs.
- Traitement des documents exports, remboursements de TVA, et documents d'exemption de taxes
- Traitement et validation des autorisations de collecte par tiers.
- Suivi des lots vendus, des frais de stockage, des intérêts de retard, des frais de transport et résolution des problèmes d'inventaire
- Coordination avec les différents départements (logistique, transport, finance )
- Et tout autre projet assigné par le manager

**IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**
- **Expérience confirmée de la gestion de clientèle dans un environnement international et le domaine du luxe**:

- **Très bon relationnel clientèle et excellente présentation**:

- **Bilingue anglais, une 3e langue appréciée**:

- Organisé(e), méthodique, rapide et enthousiaste
- Conscience professionnelle et fiabilité
- Savoir bien gérer son stress
- Très bon esprit d'équipe
- Connaissance de SAP serait un plus
- Formation comptable et ou financière serait un plus
