- Job Responsibilities- Rédiger les ISEE:
- Rassembler les documentations standards afin de constituer la documentation machine et rédige les compléments nécessaires : Notices d’instructions - Notices d’assemblages conformément à la Directive Machines
- Gérer les traductions dans les langues requises
- Faire vérifier par les personnes compétentes l’exactitude du contenu des notices
- Être garant de la fourniture des livrables dans des délais compatibles avec les différentes phases d’exécution affaires (obtention certificat CE, réception usine, livraison machine)
- Maintenir à jour l’outil informatique permettant de réaliser la documentation
- Assister les CAU dans certaines tâches administratives et techniques:
- Ouverture projets
- Suivi projets
- Organisation transports
- Clôture projets
- Général:
- Anticiper les problèmes éventuels agit /alerte en conséquence
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres services et autres membres de l’équipe afin d’atteindre des objectifs communs
- Reporter et donner de la visibilité sur son activité vers son supérieur et vers ses clients internes (CAU, Logistique, Production, Servies,)- Job Requirements**Diplômes**: Technicien supérieur Bac+2 assistant ingénieur**Expérience professionnelle**: Connaissances approfondies dans son domaine de compétences**Savoir-faire technique**:

- Connaissances de base en électromécanique
- Maitrise des outils informatiques de réalisation d’instructions d’emploi
- Connaissance pack office

**Compétences/Aptitudes complémentaires**:

- Connait la Directive Machines et les normes associées
- Connaissance des produits de soudage et coupage automatiques
- Connait et applique les règles de documentation et d’établissement des dossiers techniques
- Anglais technique
