**The company**:
JB Andrews is partnering with a global logistics company to help them embark on a major mission to establish a substantial global freight forwarding organisation. We are working with the Vice President - Freight Forwarding Europe and he plans to build branches in strategic hubs across Europe, and Paris/CDG is one of them.
**The role**:
- Establish a Paris branch from scratch.
- Full responsibility for the branch by way of P+L, operations, and recruitment.
- Manage & lead of team of Air, and Ocean freight operators, field sales, and team leads.
- Drive growth of the products.
- Support the regional / global network.
- Establish best practice and modernise the business.
**The Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree educated or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Proven success and experience within the
- Experienced in setting up or growing freight forwarding branches would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
