**About the Role**:
Having scaled paid acquisition profitably to over €XXk/month, we now seek to elevate our growth. We are hiring a **Senior Performance Marketing Specialist** to lead this effort.

You will own all paid acquisition activities, crafting and executing a top-tier growth strategy. Responsibilities include managing large budgets across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.), experimenting across regions and channels, and working closely with our creative team to develop high-performing ads.

This is your chance to join a beloved personal finance app (with 500k+ users) and help us grow from 10 to 100. You'll have a broad scope (web and app), a strong brand foundation, and full ownership of our paid growth initiatives.

**You’d Be a Great Fit If You**:

- Have **4+ years** of experience managing paid campaigns on web and app
- Have successfully scaled budgets to six figures monthly across multiple regions
- Are data-driven, focusing on KPIs and ROAS
- Are skilled at auditing and optimizing tracking, familiar with Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement Platforms
- Are creative, capable of testing new ad formats and angles
- Collaborate well with designers, video editors, and stakeholders to produce effective creatives
- Have an interest in personal finance and resonate with Finary’s mission

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience with **Amplitude**, **affiliate**, or **influencer marketing**
- Have worked in **mobile-first environments** (apps, gaming, fintech)
- Leverage **AI & LLM tools** for creative or analytical scaling
- Bring a **“pirate mindset”**: bold ideas, experiments, and testing loops
