Your Role's mission:

As a
Performance Marketing Specialist
, your mission is to
build and scale Pelico's inbound growth engine,
designing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales teams.

You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to experiment with new channels, improve campaign performance, and strengthen the data foundation that supports our go-to-market strategy.

You'll play a hands-on role in every step of our digital acquisition process: from creative ideation to analytics and reporting.

Your impact will directly contribute to Pelico's growth by ensuring a steady flow of inbound leads and by continuously improving the ROI of our marketing initiatives.

Example of ad hoc strategic projects:

  • Support the Growth team in testing new paid channels (e.g. Reddit, industry media).
  • Build reporting dashboards in Looker Studio to visualize inbound KPIs.
  • Help refine Pelico's tracking and attribution setup across all touchpoints (UTM, GA4, HubSpot).

Main Responsibilities :

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and consistent tracking setup (UTMs, GA4 events, HubSpot integration).
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to turn insights into impactful assets.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Product Marketing teams to ensure inbound and outbound alignment.
  • Contribute to the inbound growth roadmap, documenting learnings and best practices for scalability.

Your Impact:

  • Deliver a predictable, qualified inbound pipeline for the Sales team.
  • Improve Pelico's cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and campaign efficiency.
  • Strengthen Pelico's digital marketing foundation through better analytics and data accuracy.
  • Position Pelico as a leading SaaS player in manufacturing intelligence through consistent, high-quality campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    digital marketing, performance, or growth
    , ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with
    LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads
    , and an appetite to test new platforms (Meta, Reddit, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with
    GA4, HubSpot, and Looker Studio
    .
  • Data-driven mindset and curiosity for experimentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • Bonus: familiarity with
    Webflow
    , light
    HTML/JS
    , or
    A/B testing tools
    .

Location :
