**Your purpose**:
As an intern in our Revenue Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Customer success teams. You will gain hands-on experience in optimizing operational processes, improving data quality, and helping build efficient marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This is a great opportunity to develop skills in **Revenue Operations, CRM management, Data analysis, and Marketing automation** while working closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

**‍ What you will do**:

- Assist in the **development and optimization** of sales, marketing, and customer success processes within Salesforce and other tools.
- Assist in the **creation and execution of marketing campaigns** in **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**, helping to automate and optimize customer engagement.
- Support the **implementation of key performance metrics** and ensure data accuracy to help teams make informed decisions.
- Contribute to the **design, implementation, and maintenance of reporting solutions** tailored to business stakeholders’ needs.
- Work on **data quality initiatives**, ensuring our CRM remains a reliable source of truth for the revenue team.
- Help maintain clear **process documentation** and definitions to improve operational alignment across departments.
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** to provide visibility on key revenue processes and workflows.

**️ What you will bring to the table**:

- ** Based in Paris,** or willing to relocate for the time of the internship _(Remote policy: 3 days/week in the offices)_.
- Able to **communicate in English** (both speaking and writing). _Additional European languages are a plus: Dutch, German._
- Currently pursuing a degree in **business, data analytics, or a related field**.
- Strong interest in **Revenue Operations, CRM**, and **marketing automation**.
- Comfortable working with **data and analytical tools**. Curious about industry trends (AI).
- ** Curious**, **detail-oriented**, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
- Basic knowledge of **Salesforce or Marketing Cloud** is a plus but not required.
- Strong **communication skills** and ability to work in a team.
