Intern - Placement Administration & Talent Support

The purpose of the internship is to assist the Career and Industry Relationship team with administration tasks concerning students’ placement and queries on career opportunities and procedures, keeping the relevant platforms up to date.
The role will consist mainly in providing support on the activation of the internship agreement.
This position would be ideal for someone who has a career interest in talent development and placement administration processes.
**Learning activities**
- To support the Career and Industry Relationship team with placement administration, focused on agreements, amendment, etc;
- To support the Career and Industry Relationship team communication platforms by uploading workshops, events, jobs etc;
- To monitor student attendance during their placements and to provide constant reporting;
- To support the team with other departmental admin duties;
- To support the department with any further task that the role may require such as participation on the career days and events with the Industry.
**Education and skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- French written and oral mandatory, English is required
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic, positive person who thrives in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent organizational skills and customer service approach
- Dynamic and proactive
- Ideally has strong interest in Fashion/ Luxury industry and education;
Starting date : as soon as possible
3 - 6 months/ ideally 6 months
