Quantis’ Talent team strives to support the continuous growth and evolution of the company. We are looking for an HR Intern to assist our Global Talent team. Based in our Paris office, your mission will be to support the team on Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition topics, and ad hoc HR projects.

**THE ROLE**

As an HR/Talent Intern, with the support of the Learning & Development Lead and the Group Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be working on:
**Learning & Development**
- Support the design and execution of training programs
- Coordinate logistics of the L&D eventsand track attendance
- Help with the identification of training needs and creation of learning pathways with LMS/LXP tools.
- Monitor the effectiveness of our learning programs
- Provide support for the global onboarding program
- Prepare engaging internal communication around our programs

**Talent Acquisition**
- Creation of new job descriptions in line with business needs
- Job posting
- CV review
- Coordination of interviews
- Maintenance of the applicant tracking system
- Help with reporting

**Special HR Projects**
- Help with analyzing the results of employee survey
- Help with communication of recruitment guidelines across the company

**YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF**:

- You’re motivated to develop your HR knowledge and skills on critical HR topics, from planning and recruiting, to learning & development, in an environment working towards building a sustainable future and aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries
- You possess a strong sense of rigor and excellent analytical skills
- You are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint and want to improve your skills
- You have strong organization and time management skills
- You love human contact and have excellent communication skills
- You are service oriented and have team spirit and can-do attitude
- You communicate effectively in fluent English (both oral and written communication). French would be a plus.
- You like to be part of an intercultural team

**SOME OTHER DETAILS TO CONSIDER**:

- Location: Paris, 75002 - hybrid work scheme (mix of office presence and work from home)
- Minimum requirements: You must be enrolled at a university / business school (HR studies or relevant) and have a valid “convention de stage”
