We are looking for a **Head of Aerostructures supply chain**to come onboard in our **Operations and Procurement**Directorate**: a team of 7 collaborators

**_Your Mission _**
- You are the Supply process holder, you will have to update it if necessary and to make sure that ATR organization is respecting supply chain procedure.
- Within the ATR Procurement Division, and under the responsibility of the Head of Aerostrucutres Procurement and Supply chain, you are responsible and accountable for the operational and functional leadership of the FAL (final assembly line) supply chain management, for all Aerostructures Work Packages.
- You secure crisis management methodology deployment with ATR suppliers in order to ensure sustainable deliveries to ensure suppliers performance targets are achieved.
- Leading performance improvement plan with Partners.
- You are accountable for minimizing the missing parts and for achieving On-Time Delivery as per FAL needs.
- You encourage supplier anticipation and secure the FAL production ramp-up.
- As team leader you live the ATR values.
- You manage a team of 7 FAL Supply Chain Managers.
- Your positive energy and “can do attitude” is motivating the team to work beyond boundaries of organizations and/or functions as one ATR team to achieve common objectives.
- You give meaning to ensure team adherence to reach business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- You promote an open feedback culture to encounter trust and continuous development of your people.
- In our today’s fast changing business environment, you give meaning, and manage and drive the changes.
- You establish a strong link with internal stakeholders (FAL and aftermarket), including management of those functions.
- You communicate efficiently with the supplier management, notably by visiting them regularly to support your team. This includes regular negotiations critical recovery plans / delivery plans with decision makers at suppliers’.

**_About you _**
- Production, Logistics or commercial degree (master or equivalent) with solid technical background, OR engineering degree with experience in business positions.
- Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience
- Minimum 5 years of team management experience
- Good knowledge of aerospace business
- Ability to convince and communicate internally / externally
- Good knowledge of supply chain and purchasing processes
- Strong industrial background
- Good knowledge of aircraft systems
- Lean background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to speak effectively and easily with both internal and external senior executives and employees.
- An advanced level of English and French is required for this position, Italian would be a plus.
- Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP
- Capability to work within a team and to coordinate work with other teams
