As a UX Researcher intern, you will join our dynamic Product and Design team to help shape the future of mobility.

You will work closely with experienced UX researchers, designers, and product managers to uncover user insights, identify pain points, and inform design decisions across our digital platforms.

**Your next missions**:

- Collaborate with UX researchers and product teams to plan, conduct, and analyze user research studies (interviews, surveys, usability tests, ethnographic research, etc.)
- Support the recruitment and coordination of research participants.
- Assist in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Help create user personas, journey maps, and research reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in ideation sessions and design reviews, advocating for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with UX research best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Expected skills**:

- Currently enrolled in a Master’s or Bachelor’s program in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong interest in user research, usability, and digital product design.
- Familiarity with research methodologies (qualitative and/or quantitative) and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-functional team environment.
- Portfolio or examples of previous research work (academic or professional) are a plus.
