Founded in 1990 in Switzerland, _**_Stragen _**_is a developer of hard-to-make, complex generic drugs for the treatment of patients with life-threatening conditions that require comprehensive care and monitoring, usually in intensive care units. Stragen is active in niche markets with more than 100* formulations developed and a portfolio of 40* products commercialized in several areas namely cardiology, anti-infectives and women's health. The company has a global presence in over 60* countries with a direct footprint in key markets, predominantly France, Germany, Nordics, USA and Canada, and a growing presence in emerging markets such as Algeria, Vietnam and others._

**Reporting to the Legal & HR Director, you will autonomously manage all HR-related matters for the company (both for the headquarters in France and subsidiaries across Europe), including**:
**Payroll & Personnel Administration**
- Managing employment contracts and amendments,
- Monitoring working hours, holidays, and employee absences,
- Preparing payroll and overseeing the external payroll provider,
- Reviewing and coordinating the company's compensation policy.

**HR Development**
- Implementing key HR processes (performance reviews, salary reviews, etc.),
- Establishing and managing a training policy,
- Supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR issues,
- Developing and implementing a talent management policy.

**Tools & Processes**
- Structuring the company's organization and org charts,
- Developing HR processes,
- Implementing HR indicators,
- Preparing dashboards and monthly HR reports.

**Office & Workplace Management**
- Implementing initiatives to ensure employee well-being,
- Assisting in the organization of the future (and expanding) offices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources,
- A minimum of 10 years' experience as an HR generalist,
- Autonomy and proactiveness,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize; attention to detail,
- Adaptability,
- Analytical skills,
- Empathy, with a service-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English.
