**Your role**
- Can you identify key strategies to develop and increase revenue? Have you a proven track record of developing relationships with your customers from scratch? Do you want to go the extra mile to help us understand our customers' needs?

As a Sales Manager within Advisory & Sales (A&S):

- You will be the management's partner to achieve the financial objectives of the market by providing relevant figures and analyses.
- You will increase market engagement with clients by providing the right investment ideas.
- You will ensure a coherent investment agenda to ensure that the UBS CIO House View is implemented in our clients' portfolios in line with our market priorities.
- You will orchestrate the action of the product specialists to provide the best Product and Service coverage within the framework of each desk's strategy.
- You will lead the execution of the sales process.
- You will optimize our internal resources by working in close collaboration with internal partners such as CIO, Finance, Marketing, Business Management...
- You will monitor customer needs related to Products and Services, you will relay these expectations to product specialists.

**Your team**
- You will work as part of the A&S team in Monaco which is responsible for investments and product offering.

**Your expertise**
- Level of education
You have a minimum baccalaureate + 5 level ideally in finance, business school or university with a specialization in banking/finance and/or auditing.

Foreign languages
Fluent English required
Fluent French a plus

Computer Tools/Languages
Very good command of the Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Visual Basic appreciated.

Experience and profile
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years required in a private bank in similar activities.
- Knowledge of financial markets is required.
