We are looking for a **Plant Manager **for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Paris area - FRANCE - then OMAN (Muscat and Sohar)**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Contract Duration: 12 months - renewable**

Qualification and Experience Required:

- Professional Experience: Experience in Operations within LNG context
- Experience in similar position (years): +15 years
- Education Level / Diploma: Master's degree in science / Engineering degree requested for Oman Immigration
- Languages: English

Missions

Accountabilities:

- Be the technical focal point with EPC interface in terms of Operations point of view.
- Manage operations preparedness activities in his domain ensuring that the progress complies with all requirements and project planning, to budget with the required quality.
- Develop and implement Plant procedures required for Start-up and after.
- Lead the Plant operations team recruitment and competency assessments.
- Prepare the Plant HSE dossier.

Within the framework of an integrated project team job holder will have to:

- Develop the Gas and Condensate Management philosophy / strategy for all the facilities encompassed within the project, according to the project objectives and the project Bunkering organization.
- Ensure timely preparation of the operating manuals books 1 & 2.
- Define actions to be implemented to deploy the Production strategy and after management approval, to execute and follow-up these actions and ensure they are in place for Start-up.
- Maximise ICV during the Project phase ensuring that the local production teams are recruited and adequately trained for operations.
- Coordinate actions within Operations entity in the project activities and wider future affiliate organization.
- Prepare reports on the status of his activities, highlighting any areas of concern.
- Ensure Company rules and specifications are implemented throughout the project for all production topics.
