**About the opportunity**
Teads is looking for a **strategic Salesforce Project Manager** with **extensive project management experience** to lead complex projects within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will manage initiatives from start to finish, ensuring Salesforce stays a scalable, high-performing platform that supports our global Commerce (Sales) operations.
You'll work closely with **implementation partners, development teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders** to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver impact.
**What will you do?**:
- Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects: scope, design, build, test, and deploy.
- **Lead the consolidation of multiple Salesforce orgs (data migration, process alignment, user integr**ation) following the Teads-Outbrain merger.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, **Product Managers**, and executives to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Build and prioritize the Salesforce roadmap and backlog, aligning with strategic business goals.
- Champion governance, data quality, and best practices across global teams.
- Drive user adoption through UAT, training, and change management.
**What will you bring to the team?**:
- **Extensive project management experience** in high-tech/B2B environments, including **3+ years focused on Salesforce**.
- **Proven success leading Salesforce org merges or major post-acquisition integrations** (this will be a key advantage).
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core platform capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with global teams, Product Managers, and executives; Agile/Scrum experience.
- Background in ad-tech, SaaS, or media is a strong plus.
