The client is an innovative company specialized in control-command systems for electrical substations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end R&D projects.
• Define project specifications and requirements with technical teams.
• Develop and maintain software solutions using C++ and C#.
• Ensure compliance with Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Motivate and lead a team of developers.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in R&D project management (ideally in tech).
• Strong knowledge of C++ and C#.
• Solid understanding of SDLC principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• years of R&D project management experience.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
