**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated Coordinator/Junior Administrator to structure and support our workflows within the integration project. You will play a key role in coordinating documents, tracking tasks, performing quality checks on deliverables, and aligning priorities with the product teams.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage and organize integration files across our various platforms and storage drives.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and improvement of project documentation and processes, ensuring clear alignment with team priorities.
- Track project progress: maintain the timeline, provide regular status updates, and ensure integration milestones are met.
- Identify and report potential risks, proposing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Prepare and structure project documentation (interim reports, dashboards, etc.), ensuring accuracy of all shared information.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from different departments to streamline communication and facilitate decision-making.

**Essential**
- A first successful experience in project coordination or support (internship, apprenticeship, or junior role).
- Ability to analyze and enhance existing processes to guarantee optimal and efficient operations.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects: skilled at coordinating multiple teams and ensuring timely delivery.
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, paired with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders (technical, product, marketing, etc.) to provide clear, consistent updates.
- Strong expertise in tracking progress, managing timelines, and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets).
- Collaborative, structured approach to work, focused on team success and high-quality deliverables.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a commitment to transparent communication.
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
