**The Opportunity: Head of International Corporate Banking Center (CBC)**

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive CBC International’s development and profitability, in line with Corporate Banking France’s strategy;
- Lead, manage, and develop teams collectively and individually to promote a diverse and inclusive culture;
- Work closely with client coverage teams across HSBC’s international network to drive and develop profitable cross-border flows in our target regions;
- Develop the CBC’s expertise in the sustainability space, and drive the origination of sustainable finance deals across our portfolio of clients;
- Partner closely with Coverage and Product colleagues to deliver value for our clients - Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service to position HSBC as the market leader in this segment with the help of the Global Relationship Manager (GRM) in charge of the relationship with the parent company.
- Collaborate with Wholesale COO to ensure a seamless customer journey;
- Work in close collaboration with Risk teams to ensure the client portfolio stays within CMB’s risk appetite;
- Maintain the highest standards for internal controls and safeguard HSBC from potential loss arising from credit, operational, or non-financial risks (such as cyber risk and transition risk);
