As our Customer Success Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our partners and customers across various domains and sectors to deploy Logpoint solutions. You will bring all your knowledge and intelligence in play as you help our customers to achieve the expected outcome.
**Your responsibilities will be to**:
- Collaborate with customers and partners translating business and security requirements. into actionable analytics in the Logpoint solution.
- Take the lead and manage customer accounts.
- Learn and master the Logpoint solution and assist customers in solving their security challenges.
- Play an active role in building, sharing, and anchoring knowledge in Logpoint, and with partners and customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and enable the customers to get the full value of the Logpoint solution.
- Relay business 'intel' to colleagues
**Personal and professional qualifications**:
You expand your cyber security knowledge with knowledge around Security Analytics by exploring the possibilities with:
- SIEM - Security Information Event Management
- SOAR - Security Orchestration Automation and Response
- UEBA - User Entity Behavior Analytics
**Furthermore, you have**:
- At least 2 years of experience working with SIEM solutions.
- Can design a SIEM architecture, perform sizing, and have a track record of SIEM deployments.
- Domain expert to help guide, inspire and build SIEM use cases for our customers.
- Assisted customers in increasing their utilization of SIEM solutions.
- A bachelor’s degree, or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Experience working on customer-facing projects conducting analytics and presenting the findings in a structured and professional manner to the customers.
- Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to a global team.
- Understanding of Linux, Network, SIEM, and Security Analytics and Response.
- Updated knowledge and interest in industry trends and emerging threats.
- Fluent French Speaker ideally native tongue.
